Changing seasons...

Well, it's the first spring-like day of March, and I can hardly wait for it to become permanently warm for the spring. It's so beautiful outside, and it makes me excited for bbqs outside with friends, reading a book on the porch, doing yardwork, etc. The house is coming along just wonderfully, although I can't say that I'm loving the amount of bills that come with it! All of my friends are doing well...Denise is pregnant, Martha is getting ready to get married, Kim is doing well in life in general, Lindsey is just starting to plan her wedding, Megan finally found a man... Everyone seems to be happy. The skating season is over, and with it I feel a sense of momentary loss, as my free time is lengthened, but I miss seeing my friends. But I truly love this time of year.

Today is Ant's 13th Birthday (Happy Birthday Ant!). He's just turned a teenager, and it's so hard to believe I've known him since he was eleven. My, how time does fly.

Well, I'm going to try to slip out of work early. Everyone else has left since it's so nice out, and it's really not fair. And I desparately want to be home.

P.S. Thanks to Bob for giving me a much-needed phone call last night, and clearing up some things for me that I needed clearing up. I miss you guys!
